PromptPay - The Service
The PromptPay service incorporates importing, warehousing and distribution of the ON TIME systems, providing an online contract management platform for lenders, a 24/7 IVR code distribution system for end-users, and 24/7 free-phone Customer Support Line.
PromptPay also works closely with lenders, training staff and tailoring processes to meet each company's specific needs.
The Directors and staff have 60 years experience in pivotal roles within private companies and first hand knowledge of the consumer finance and automotive industries.
The PromptPay team are actively prospecting qualifying automotive dealers and groups to promote the On-time solution.
PromptPay delivers Service levels that are tailored to clients' specific needs. This can include remote code management or full system integration that allows successful collections to automatically deliver release codes via SMS to end-users.
The system integration can be hosted within client’s own servers or alternatively can be web hosted from our state of the art systems. These systems have fail-safe back up in the form of global servers that have business continuity at the forefront of their design.
Currently under construction, our retail customer facing web site, will, through intuitive web optimisation and sponsored link marketing, direct and capture prospects to those businesses who offer the On-time solution.
